Dear Guests,

 

We are following the strict protocols set out by Vancouver Island Health Authority to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and to limit the spread of COVID-19. We are using EPA approved cleaner on all common area surfaces as well as all surfaces within your room. 

We are asking all guests to take one black garbage bag located at the front desk to put your towels and sheets that you’d like washed. To ensure adequate distancing for your safety as well as our staff, we will not be continuing our regular daily housekeeping. Instead we ask that these bags of sheets, towels, garbage and recycling be put outside your room door for pick up in the morning. You may come down to the front desk at any time for fresh amenities. We have bottles of EPA approved sanitizer for you to use.
