CANCELLATION POLICY

While we understand things happen and life can be unpredictable, our hotel asks that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice (prior to 3pm on the day before your scheduled arrival) in order to cancel your reservation without penalty. This excludes bookings made by third party affiliates, such as Expedia, Booking.com etc.

No Show Reservations:

Our property will not attempt to make contact with the guest following an unfulfilled reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking, with the 'No Show' charges totalling the entire fee (room charge + tax) of the first night's stay.  

Possible Additional Fees

 

Pet Fee:

 

The hotel's pet fee is an additional $15/ night over and above the cost of the guest's room and tax. This fee is to cover the costs of the additional cleaning needed when we have our furry friends stay with us. Extra cleaning is needed to ensure all pet hair/dander is properly removed from the room, in case our next guest has allergies or other sensitivities.  Upon booking your room please ensure to specify if you need this type of room, as these rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, and are limited to availability. We may not be able to accommodate you if you wait until the day of check in to disclose that you are bringing a pet.

Additional Occupant(s) Fee:
 
Each room has its own standard occupancy rate, which varies depending on the room type selected at the time of booking. Any additional occupant (defined as someone who will be sleeping in the room, or staying in the room on an overnight basis) over and above the standard occupancy of your selected room will incur an additional $10/night fee for each additional person.
Example: Our 'Single Queen Suite' during the Sept.1-Sept.30 season is $99/night + taxes and fees. The standard occupancy built into this room is for one person. To add an additional person it would bring the rate to $109/night + taxes and fees.
SMOKING IN THE ROOMS WILL ALSO RESULT IN A $200 FEE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED BY THE GUEST.
